Natasha Donnelly

Natasha joined the practice in 2009, initially in the role of reception- which ironically is the thing she likes to do the least!

Very quickly Natasha started to develop her skill set at an impressive rate. Having completed her NEBDN Diploma in dental nursing Natasha has gone on to complete her Certificate in radiography meaning she can under prescription take x-rays and she also takes on a lot of the compliance and auditing involved in radiography within the practice.

Natasha has also completed courses in impression taking and iTero scanning. Her easy relationship with technology is a real benefit to the practice as she can introduce and effectively train us all in the most up-to-date technology- for example, she provides in-house verifiable training to all our nurses on using the iTero scanner.

Natasha has a level 3 qualification in Decontamination and Cross infection- taking on the responsibility of compliance and day-to-day running of our sterilisation room with the highest standards of care, expertise, and knowledge.

Natasha is the author of several very impressive books/manuals for all the team- she has written one for each area of the practice- which should in theory mean if she is not here, we should know how to do everything as all the systems and policies are covered. In reality no one can print or scan anything the days she is off!

Natasha has received extensive out of house training in dental implants and takes on the role of implant co-ordinator at the practice- ordering and maintaining stock, liaising with labs and ‘dirty’ nursing for the procedure.

Outside of work Natasha spends a lot of time listening to podcasts (probably during her commute from Moira to Omagh each day!!) She is a very generous baker and supplies us all with treats regularly. She has two children that keep her busy and provide some stress to her life!
